The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2021 in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No.101 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of approximately 1574 litres of foreign liquor from the truck which does not belong to the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has three antecedents of similar nature and he is in custody since 26.11.2021, he shall be released on bail, after framing of charge or on completion of one and half year in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30766 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise-2, Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No.101 of 2021.

The petitioner will visit Kashichak Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
