2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Danapur P.S. Case No. 542 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused persons demanded bribe from the aspiring candidates in the name of giving them appointment.

4. It is submitted that specific accusation is against coaccused Onkar Nath, Raj Singh and Ram Pravesh Singh who are alleged to have taken money from the aspiring candidates. Petitioner being employee of the said Samiti has been made accused in this case. There is no specific allegation against the

5. Counsel for opposite party however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is in collusion with the accused persons cheated the informant and others and petitioner has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
