The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already given Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs) to the opposite party no.2 on 17.01.2023.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over another bank draft of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs) to opposite party no.2. Now, Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30156 of 2022(16) dt.27-02-2023 2/2 Lakh) only is left to be paid to the opposite party no.2. Both the parties are directed to withdraw their cases filed against each other within a period of one month. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on provisional anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.49 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

It is made clear that the learned Court below shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner after verifying the fact that the petitioner has already paid the rest amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh) to the O.P. no.2.
