1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) Respondent 2nd set to pursue the "Cause" initiated by them, through the Letter dated 27.09.2013 (Annexure-1); with the Circle Officer, Bhorey for the removal of encroachments from the 15th mile of Mirganj Bhorey - Kateya Road.
(B) And further for a direction to the Respondent 2nd set to measure the road properly, indentify the encroachments made upon the public road, identify the persons who
Patna High Court CWJC No.9691 of 2014(3) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 has encroached upon the road concerned and to remove all the encroachments from the Road above referred; after initiating proper and appropriate proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act 1956."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gopalganj for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
