2. The present application has been preferred for quashing of order dated 24/03/2023 passed in POCSO Trial No. 69 of 2022 corresponding to Rajepur P.S. Case No. 24/21 by the 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special POCSO, Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition to raise the points before appropriate Court.
