The reevaluation of the answer-sheet of the petitioner in mathematics has shown only 24 marks. The re-evaluation was done on the request of the petitioner. She is bound to accept the outcome of the exercise. If the answer-sheet indicates that she has failed, then there is nothing wrong with the communication made with regard to the status of the marks awarded to the petitioner in the concerned paper after re-evaluation.

Every candidate, who applies for re-evaluation

Patna High Court CWJC No.12333 of 2013 dt.18-08-2015 2/2 surely runs the risk of either reduced marks or may be more marks. That position cannot be resiled at a subsequent date.
