The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 311 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 396 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Ajay Kumar @ Raju. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Sujit Giri has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 3905 of 2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
