Petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 7 of 2020 for the offence under sections 467, 468, 471, 414 and 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section (1-b) a.e. of Arms Act, Section 19 of U.A.P. Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

On secret information, raid was conducted at the house of Bhibash Kumar and on search from the beneath of the pillow one loaded katta and one motorcycle without number were recovered.

He has no concern either with the alleged occurrence or the anti social elements The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2020 Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 8.2.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Siwaipatti P.S.
