This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 248 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
