The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.03.2022, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 53408 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that due to non-presence of the petitioner in Bihar, he could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 09.03.2022, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 53408 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
