2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence, while informant was going towards shop from her house, on way, coaccused Arjun Singh alongwith his family members, which includes these petitioners, were pelting bricks towards Swarath Singh on the road, which hit the informant, as a result of which, informant sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from bare perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that accused persons were pelting bricks upon Swarath Singh, but unfortunately informant sustained injury, as she was going on the way. It was not intentional. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh, District - Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
