The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 386, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was demanded Rangadari from the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let
