JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs commanding the respondents authorities not to make any construction of road being constructed on the private land i.e. RSK-31, RSP No.418, area-21 decimals situated in villageKabirchak, P.O.-Kabirchak, District-Darbhanga." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the
