Petitioner is an accused in connection with NDPS Case No. 07 of 2020 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 8, 20 (b) (ii) (B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to oblique reason and ulterior motive. It is further submitted that hut, in question, did not belong to the petitioner from where the recovery was shown. Petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2020. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner has criminal antecedent.

Case No. 07 of 2020 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020.
