The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the petitioner has love affairs with Gulshan Khatoon, she had gone to hospital and she did not return then the family members tried to search her but could not traced out. Upon the suspicion the informant went to the house of the petitioner where he learnt the petitioner is also not available in the house since last three days. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28474 of 2019(3) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018 from the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
