Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14694 of 2014(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 petitioner would avail the remedy of appeal against the order dated 20.05.2014 issued by the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Vaishali at Hajipur dismissing the petitioner. In view of the said submission that the petitioner would avail the remedy of appeal, this Court would only observe that to meet the issue of delay before the Appellate Authority, it will be open to the petitioner to raise the issue of pendency of the instant proceedings before this Court. Writ petition is disposed of.
