Having regard to fact that the petitioner is a Prakhand Teacher and is aggrieved by an order of the Block Development Officer transferring him, the remedy against such an order to the petitioner shall be/is before the competent District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority. The petitioner, admittedly, has not moved against such order and, therefore, this application is wholly misconceived and ill advised. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
