In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 401 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 417 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that instead of transferring the land to four sons, the petitioner no.1 executed the sale deed in favour of sister of the complainant. Considering the fact basically it is a dispute of civil nature, let the above-named petitioners be released on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26804 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Complaint Case No. 401 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
