Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

By this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made by the petitioner to direct the learned Munsif, Saharsa to dispose of Title Suit No.5 of 2008 expeditiously. 3.
So far this relief prayed by the petitioner is concerned, it may be mentioned here that High Court exercises supervisory jurisdiction in administrative side and also in judicial side. So far judicial side is concerned, the order of the Civil Court can be examined only when there is no appeal or revision forum against order is provided under the Code of Civil Procedure. So far relief prayed for in this application is concerned, this application under Article 227 is not maintainable. 4.
