For the Respondent/s : Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, Sr. Adv. CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-08-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the order under contempt application has already been complied with by disposing off the representation of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been paid after a long time and for that he is required to be compensated by making payment of interest may be an independent cause which the petitioner may apply for in appropriate proceeding. So far as contempt application is concerned, it has become infructuous. It is dismissed accordingly. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/R.R.Ojha U
