2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram Nagar (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 1107 of 2022 registered under Sections 429, 153(a), 295(a), 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960 and Section 345 read with Section 425 of Bihar Municipal Act, 2007.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to be the owner of the Tractor from which huge quantity of cow meat has been recovered.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further

Petitioner is made accused in this case only on the ground that he is the owner of the tractor from which cow meat has been recovered. Petitioner has rented out his tractor through a driver for carrying out business. Petitioner was not aware of such nefarious act of the driver. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram Nagar (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 1107 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
