2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as the petitioner has already availed the remedy under the Hindu Marriage Act as well as under Section 100 of the BNSS Act, 2023.

4. Accordingly, the present criminal writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

5. It is clarified that we have not examined the merits of the case of the petitioner and, therefore, the concerned Civil

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.767 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 Court as well as the concerned authority shall decide the case of the petitioner on its own merits.
