JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner holds P.D.S. license, bearing license no. 07 of 2007, under Nauhatta Block in the district of Saharsa. The petitioner has challenged the order of the SubDivisional Officer, Sadar, Saharsa, cancelling his license. As there is an alternative remedy, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take resort available under law. In case, an application for condonation of delay is filed, the same would be condoned, as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.

This application stands disposed of.
