APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 25-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. Learned counsel for the petitionershereby undertakes to remove all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter as and when required. It is accordingly directed that all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one month hereof.

2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6044 of 2020.

3. It is submitted that owing to communication gap as the petitioner no. 1 was working outside the State and also on account of the ongoing pandemic, the petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail bonds before the learned Court below within the stipulated time in terms of the order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6044 of 2020.

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36087 of 2020(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 the learned Court below in terms of order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6044 of 2020is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

5. The modification petition stands allowed.

6. Office shall follow-up to ensure that all defects are removed and compliance with the notices of this Court are made by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
