Heard learned counsel for the Union of India. In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 10.04.2015 passed by the Appellate Tribunal, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, New Delhi in MP - PMLA-1609/ PTN / 2015 (E-H), MP - PMLA 1610 / PTN / 2015 (Stay) arising out of FPA - PMLA-816/PTN/2015 by which the application filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by the Tribunal.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9010 of 2015(3) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the Union of India has submitted that there is no illegality pointed out by the petitioner in the decision-making process and the writ petition has been filed assailing the impugned order dated 10.04.2015 on merits. I have gone through the materials available on record and found that there is no illegality and infirmity in the decision-making process and this Court will not examine the factual aspects which have been considered by the Tribunal in a detailed order.

In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed.
