Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 353, 504, 506, 427, 354, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR specific allegation of mis-chief and misbehaviour is against co-accused Md. Gabbar and Md. Guddu. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

No.30905 of 2022(2) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj P. S. Case No. 1090 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
