2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caught hair of the informant and dashed her on the ground and thereafter tore her blouse.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. Present case is counter version of Harnaut PS Case No. 706 of 2022 filed by the wife of petitioner against informant and others. Thereafter, after two days, the present FIR was lodged. No such occurrence as alleged in the FIR has ever taken place. Petitioner

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut (Gokhulpur OP) P.S. Case No. 711 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
