Let the defects be removed within two weeks of the start of the physical Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and co-accused is that they had kidnapped to a minor girl. The victim supported the allegation of kidnapping in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. However, she has not alleged anything more against the petitioner.

Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was refused on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29468 of 2020(2) dt.10-11-2020 2/2 08.01.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 58209 of 2019 with liberty to renew the prayer after framing of the charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges have already been framed.

Considering the submission aforesaid and nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Baligaon Police Station Case No. 42 of 2019 (S.T. No. 388 of 2019), subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
