Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Musahari P.S. Case No. 236 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The deceased was killed within four months of her marriage by hanging, in my opinion this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today. (Sandeep Kumar, J) siddharthkr/- U T
