2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 135 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 323, 341, 353, 427, 431, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR on 06.04.2013, a man was ran over by a pick up van near village Chainsinghpatti and when the police started investigation, several villagers blocked the road and created hindrance in performing its duty.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. It is further submitted that after investigation, the police has submitted final form against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
5. Having considered the above facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32184 of 2024(2) dt.21-05-2024 2/2 circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, hereby, allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul Police Station Case No. 135/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
