JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2017 By way of the present writ application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the respondents to comply with the order dated 03.12.2012 passed by the Bihar State Women Commission, Patna.

In the considered opinion of this Court, the prayer made in the present writ application is totally misconceived. The extra-ordinary discretionary jurisdiction of this Court under

Patna High Court CWJC No.8594 of 2015 (2) dt.28-02-2015 2/2 Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be exercised for directing the respondents to execute the order passed by the Bihar State Women Commission.
