2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he in collusion with other co-accused persons killed brother of the informant by drowning him.
4. Learned petitioner for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Janardan Sahni @ Jalo Sahni and Lalo Yadav. He further submits that save and except confessional statement, there is no other tangible material against this

Two similarly situated co-accused Doman Choudhary and Janardan Sahni have already been granted bail by this Court, vide orders annexed as Annexures 2 & 3 respectively. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
