To direct the Respondents to fix the rate of the land residential which is to be acquired and further to pay the compensation at the rate of homestead land instead of agriculture land.

ii. To direct the Respondents to fix the acquired land of 25 decimals for approaching road of K.B. Greed Sub Station, Benipatti, (Bankatha) by fixing the residential rate instead of agriculture rate per decimal at the rate of market

It does not appear that the petitioner's land has been acquired so far.

In my view, this writ application is premature and is accordingly dismissed.
