Petitioner is in custody in connection with Madanpur P.S.Case No.81 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 and Section 3 of the Epidemic Act and 51/52 of the Disaster Act, 2005.

It is alleged that 100 liters of mahua liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected for the time being.
