19-08-2015 Sri Awadhesh Prasad Sinha, learned counsel for opposite party/Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University submits that in this case, he has filed show cause showing compliance of the earlier order. Same is not on record. He submits that in view of calculation, a cheque in respect of 'Group Insurance' of petitioner has been prepared. He intends to hand over the cheque to Sri Dhirendra Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Patna High Court MJC No.1452 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 Sri Sinha, learned counsel for opp. party/University is permitted to hand over the cheque amounting to Rs. 31,940/- (thirty one thousand nine hundred & forty only), bearing cheque no. 875975 dated 22-07-2015 to learned counsel for the petitioner.
