Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made his application/ representation for renewal of permit stage carriage for bus bearing Registration No. BR06PA/ 7296 vide application/ representation dated 19.09.2024 (Annexure P/2) along with necessary fees, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 herein

Patna High Court CWJC No.7127 of 2026(2) dt.06-05-2026 2/2 (i.e., the Regional Transport Authority, Muzaffarpur) to consider the said application/ representation made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner.
