The petitioner seeks bail in Harsidhi P. S. Case No. 53 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 308/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

It is alleged that total 80 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from hut of Yogendra Pawan. Petitioner is son of Yogendra Paswan.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.2.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28438 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the 7th Additional Sessions Judgecum Special Judge, Excise Act, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P. S.
