====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State through Video Conferencing.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 30a of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Total 342 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the bush near canal. Petitioner managed to flee away at the time of alleged recovery.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of
