The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 30.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40451 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No.505 of 2021, pending in the court of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna City, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
