2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(A) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12452 of 2021 dt.31-03-2022 2/3 Respondents concerned to issue appointment letter to the petitioner for the post of Anganbari Sevika for serving the Anganbari Kendra Daulatpur, Code No. 117, ward nop. 10, Panchayat - Masarhi, Block- Fatuha, DistrictPatna in terms of Aam Sabha Proceeding dated 09.03.2021 (Annexure - 2).

(B) For passing any other order/s, command/s or appropriate writ/s which your Lordships deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the instant case."

3. Short question for consideration is relating to selection and appointment to the post of Anganbari Sevika, Anganbari Kendra Daultapur, Code No. 117, Ward No. 10, Panchayat-Masarhi, Block - Fatuha, District - Patna pursuant to the Aam Sabha Proceeding dated 09.03.2021.

4. Petitioner, feeling aggrieved by the selection and appointment of 8th respondent - Kavita Devi present this petition. Before filing the present petition, petitioner has already approached the 4th respondent - The District Programme Officer (ICDS), Patna. In the light of aforesaid development, the present petition is premature.

5. Accordingly, petition stands disposed off, directing the 4th respondent - The District Programme Officer (ICDS), Patna to decide the petitioner's representation or appeal after hearing 8th respondent - Kavita Devi and proceed to pass speaking order.
