2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katoria (Jaipur) P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution allegation, in short, is that when the informant was returning by bike after withdrawing money from the Bank, three accused persons dashed the motorcycle of the informant. It is further alleged that the accused persons abused, beaten and restrained the informant and snatched the bag.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. He is not named

Matter has been compromised between the parties. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2024 and has got antecedent of one criminal case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Katoria (Jaipur) P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015.
