The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the present writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for setting aside /quash the memo No. 70 dated 8.01.2021 issued by the Respondent No.5 whereby and whereunder the selection of Aganbari Sevika of the petitioner for Aganbari Centre No.225 Ward No. 13 of Gram Panchayat Kinari has been cancelled w.e.f. without following the principle of natural justice."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits, by referring to paragraph no.14 of the writ petition, that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Jehanabad bearing Aganbari Appeal No.07 of 2021 is pending adjudication, hence the same be directed to be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the limited prayer made in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Jhehanabad to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, filed by the petitioner, in case the same has not already stood disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
