2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for selection/appointment on the post of Anganwadi Sevika for Centre Bind Ward NO.10, Block Bind, District -Nalanda.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has raised a preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has already made a representation before the District Programme Officer, on which no decision has yet been taken. He further submits that no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this juncture, particularly when any decision taken by the District Programme

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court, without entering into the merits and demerits of the case, directs the respondent No.3, namely, the District Programme Officer, Nalanda to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2025, as contained in Annexure-5 to the writ petition, within a period of 90 days from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed off.
