JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2024 This writ petition has been filed for quashing the suspension letter no. 155 dated 02.04.2024 issued by the Block Development Officer-cum-Secretary of Teacher Appointment Committee, Adhaura, District Kaimur at Bhabua (Respondent No. 7).

2. In this regard, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent No. 7. In paragraph No. 13 it is stated that suspension of the petitioner has been revoked and the

During pendency of this case the Block Development Officercum-Secretary of Teacher Appointment Committee, Adhaura, District Kaimur at Bhabua (Respondent No. 7) has passed final order vide memo no. 420 dated 27.07.2024 whereby one increment of non-cumulative effect has been imposed upon the petitioner.

3. As the suspension order has already been revoked and the petitioner has been posted at Upgraded Middle School, Biduri, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of.
