====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner submits that his PDS licence bearing Licence no.1/1996 has been suspended pending Jagdishpur Police station Case No. 18 of 2007 under 7 EC Act against him.

In my view, a PDS licence cannot be kept suspended indefinitely pending criminal case, as such, the impugned order dated is set aside.

The writ petition is thus allowed.
