Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 494 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1) of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the the instant bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge by an order dated 18-1-2025 in Cr. Misc No. 75769 of 2024. It is next submitted that charges against the petitioner have been framed by order dated 28-1-2025 (Annxure-P/3 to the bail application) 4.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Buxar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024.

However, if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
