Having regard to the fact that the impugned order has been passed on 11.12.2013 by the Commandant of C.R.P.F. at Gumla in the State of Jharkhand, the cause of action for the petitioner shall only be within the territorial jurisdiction of Ranchi High Court.

When such an observation has been made learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move the competent High Court. That being so, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
