1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for direction to the respondents concern not to construct/constructed road on the purchase land of the petitioner as the private respondents are without any consent or acquisition, proceeding in accordance with law constructed over the Pucca Road on the purchased land of the petitioner and the official respondent knowing this facts
Patna High Court CWJC No.20740 of 2014(3) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 ignoring the same allow to the private respondent to construct the pucca road and encroach it."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
