The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 109, 324, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.04.2019. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he has assaulted the informant by Lathi and there is a case and counter case.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and the nature of allegation is assault by Lathi, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29237 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-1st Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018.
