2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 126(2), 115(2), 69, 352, 3(5) of the BNS.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim, who is the informant of the case has got married to the petitioner and she is staying at the house of the petitioner.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2025.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to verify the fact that whether the victim is married to the petitioner and staying at his house or not. If the Court below finds that the victim is married
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30770 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 to the petitioner and she is staying at the house of the petitioner then the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025. It is made clear that if the informant makes any complaint against the petitioner then appropriate orders shall be passed by the Court below.
